DR. JOHN GRIMALDI
John Grimaldi, D.O., graduated from medical school at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois in 2002. He then completed his general surgery training at Northwestern University/St. Joseph’s Hospital located in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Grimaldi finished his residency training in Urological Surgery in 2007 at Midwestern University. Since that time, he has been devoted to a busy general urology practice. His current practice is located in Chula Vista, California, where he has further developed his interests and capabilities to meet the needs of an underserved population in the treatment of men’s pelvic health issues. In order to provide the best care to his patients, Dr. Grimaldi has passionately pursued educational activities that provide him with the most advanced knowledge in these topics.
Dr. Grimaldi is a frequent training instructor for other surgeons wanting to learn the latest “state of the art” techniques in penile implant surgery. Dr. Grimaldi values the opportunity to share his knowledge with the public, and assisting couples in restoring intimacy with the MonaLisa Touch. He provides various free educational seminars on topics including prostate cancer, kidney cancer, hypogonadism, urinary incontinence, and erectile dysfunction.
